Songs and Music

The school Song Book was compiled in around 1964 and students at the time were very proud to sing them at functions, sporting events and Speech nights. Teachers at the time who helped compile and compose the songs were predominantly Jim Corless, Nola Corless and Ken Lee. The Mt Beauty School Band was formed in later years.

We are working on the composition of the Leaving and School songs and watch this space for thundering renditions by older students. Don't laugh, some were Prefects and good singers and with the backing of the current School Band it may reach iTunes.
